As Client Service Manager, Kathryn serves as the primary liaison between clients and their advisory team, providing clear, timely, and professional communication. Having been with the company for nearly ten years, she brings a strong understanding of processes and service standards, allowing her to support both clients and advisors with consistency and confidence.
She coordinates and processes a wide range of client service needs, including account updates, documentation, scheduling, and follow-through on action items. She also assists advisors with daily operational support and helps resolve complex inquiries to provide each client with a smooth and well-managed experience.
Kathryn values building strong, personable relationships while maintaining a polished and service-oriented approach. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University and is a commissioned Notary Public.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their dog. They recently welcomed their first child in May, which has brought great joy to their family.
